Basil Bean Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Frozen green beans | |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Onions - very thinly sliced |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Red wine vinegar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil - plus 1 tsp. |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Water |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Garlic powder |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried basil |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Grated parmesan cheese |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
| Salt to taste |
Cook beans according to directions, cooking until just tender-crisp. Drain.
Combine beans and onions in a large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over beans. toss until well blended
Chill several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
