Broccoli Salad Mold Recipe - Cooking Index

| 1 | Fresh broccoli - cook and chop | |

| 4 | Hard-boiled eggs - chopped | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Gelatin |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Cold water |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Condensed consomme |
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Mayonnaise |
| 4 tablespoons | 60ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
| 1 | Tabasco sauce | |
| 1 | Salt |
Mix the broccoli and eggs. Soften the gelatin in cold water and add heated consomme.
Stir until the consomme dissolves the gelatin; then add the rest of the ingredients and pour over the broccoli and eggs.
Mix well. Pour into a ring mold or 12 individual molds. Refrigerate until firm.
Serve with fresh garden lettuce and homemade mayonnaise.
