Brown Derby Salad Dressing

Recipe Ingredients

1/3 cup	78ml	Red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon	15ml	Lemon juice
1 teaspoon	5ml	Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Salt
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Sugar
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Pepper
1		Garlic
1/2 cup	118ml	Olive oil or salad oil

Recipe Instructions

In a screw top jar, combine all ingredients except the oil. Cover and shake to mix.

Add oil; cover and shake to mix.

Chill thoroughly. Shake before using.
