| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Rice wine vinegar |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Olive oil |
| 2 | Garlic cloves | |
| 3 teaspoons | 15ml | Sugar |
| Tabasco sauce to taste | ||
| 4 | Green onions - chopped | |
| 1/2 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Fresh parsley - minced |
