Caesar Salad - 4 Recipe - Cooking Index

| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Parmesan cheese | 
| Pepper - to taste | ||
| 1 cup | 30g / 1.1oz | Croutons | 
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Garlic - crushed | 
| 6 | Anchovies | |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Mustard | 
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Worcestershire | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice | 
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Olive oil. | 
| 1 | Egg | 
Tear washed and dried romaine into fork- sized pieces and place in a salad bowl.
Pour over dressing and toss lightly.
Add cheese, pepper and croutons.
Toss until well distributed
