| 15 oz | 426g | Black beans |
| 12 oz | 340g | Canned corn |
| 1 | Tomato | |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Red onion |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Green pepper |
| 1/2 | Garlic powder | |
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Italian dressing |
| 2 | Parsley | |
| 3/4 | Tabasco sauce | |
| 1/2 | Pepper | |
| 1/2 | Garlic powder | |
| 1/2 | Chili powder |
Combine all ingredients a place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
