CM's Favorite Salad

Recipe Ingredients

1		Kidney beans
1		Sweet red pepper - chopped
2 cups	292g / 10oz	Spinach or cabbage - chopped
2		Green onion - chopped
4 oz	113g	Feta cheese - cubed
1/4 cup	59ml	Parsley - fresh
1		Garlic - minced
2 tablespoons	30ml	Lemon juice
2 tablespoons	30ml	Vegetable oil

Recipe Instructions

Mix oil, lemon juice and garlic.

Pour over remaining ingredients and toss.
