German Cucumber Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 | Cucumbers - thinly sliced (medium) | |
| 4 | Green onions - thinly sliced | |
| 3 | Tomatoes - sliced (small) | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh parsley - snipped |
| Dressing | ||
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Sour cream |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Prepared mustard |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh dill - minced |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vinegar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Milk |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
In a bowl, combine cucumbers, onions, tomatoes and parsley.
Combine dressing ingredients; pour over cucumber mixture and toss gently.
Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
