Layered Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Lettuce - bite sized pieces | |
| 1 1/2 | Green peppers - chopped | |
| 1 | Onion - diced (medium) | |
| 4 | Celery - diced | |
| 1 | Water chestnuts - drain/slice | |
| 1 | Frozen peas - do not cook | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
| Mayonnaise | ||
| Parmesan cheese |
In a large bowl, layer the ingredients in order given in ingredients listing.
Sprinkle with sugar and cover completely with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Chill for 24 hours before serving.
