Mixed Greens With Pears And Raspberries Recipe - Cooking Index
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Raspberry-flavored vinegar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Apple juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Extra-virgin olive oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Honey |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
2 cups | 474ml | Torn spinach |
2 cups | 474ml | Torn Boston lettuce |
2 cups | 474ml | Torn curly endive |
2 cups | 474ml | Cubed pear - (2 medium) |
1 cup | 237ml | Raspberries |
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a wire whisk.
Combine spinach, lettuce, endive, pear, and raspberries in a large bowl; toss gently.
NOTES : Divide salad among 6 individual plates, and drizzle with dressing.
