Sour Cream Cucumber Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
4 | Cucumbers | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 cup | 237ml | Sour cream |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Dill - chopped |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Place Slices in bowl, sprinkle with salt and let stand 1 hour at room temperature.
Drain and rinse with cold water to remove salt then squeeze dry.
