Taffy Apple Salad

Recipe Ingredients

1		Pineapple - drain and save juice
2 cups	474ml	Miniature marshmallows
1/4 cup	49g / 1.7oz	Sugar
1/2 tablespoon	7.5ml	Flour
1		Egg - well beaten
3/4 tablespoon	11ml	White vinegar
4 oz	113g	Cool Whip Lite
2 cups	474ml	Apples - cubed
1/2 cup	73g / 2.6oz	Spanish peanuts - chopped

Recipe Instructions

Mix pineapple and marshmallow and set aside.

In sauce pan cook pineapple juice, flour, sugar, egg and vinegar until slightly thick.

When cool, combine with cool whip.

Fold in pineapple mixture.

Add apples and nuts.

Chill.

Sprinkle with nuts for garnish.
