1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Pistachio pudding mix (small) |
21 oz | 596g | Crushed pineapple * |
1 cup | 237ml | Miniature marshmallows |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Walnuts - chopped |
9 oz | 255g | Cool whip |
* Crushed pineapple should be unsweetened and semi drained.
Mix the instant pudding and the Cool Whip.
Add the pineapple, nuts and marshmallows. Stir well.
Serve over lettuce leaves
