Cranberry Salsa - 2 Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Fresh cranberries - chopped | |
| 4 | Green onions - minced | |
| 2 | Jalapeno peppers - minced | |
| 2/3 cup | 131g / 4.6oz | Sugar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Crushed dried mint |
| 6 tablespoons | 90ml | Lime juice |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground ginger |
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Cover and chill 24 hours or up to 4 days.
