| 1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Chopped green onions |
| 1/4 cup | 4g / 0.1oz | Fresh chopped cilantro |
| 2 | Garlic | |
| 1 | Fresh lemon - juice of | |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Vegetable oil |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cumin |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Salt |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dry mustard |
Combine tomatoes, chilies, green onions, cilantro, and garlic in a medium bowl.
In a glass measuring cup, whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Stir to mix. Cover and chill.
Fresh cilantro and dry mustard make this recipe unusually good.
