| 1 cup | 16g / 0.6oz | Cilantro - fresh |
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Yogurt - low fat, unflavored |
| 1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Green onion - chopped |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Lime juice |
| Salt to taste | ||
| Pepper to paste |
Drain garbanzos; whirl smooth in a food processor or blender with cilantro, yogurt, onions, and lime juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
