| 1 | Orange - seeded and chopped (small) | |
| 1 | Jalapeno pepper - seeded and (small) | |

| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Finely chopped red onion |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped fresh cilantro or |
| Parsley |
Combine tomatoes, orange, chile pepper, onion and cilantro; set aside.
In medium nonstick skillet, heat marmalade and vinegar over medium low heat, stirring constantly, until marmalade is melted.
