Peach Salsa - 2 Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Peeled - chopped peaches |
| 1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Chopped red onions |
| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped yellow or green pepper |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon or lime juice |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Snipped fresh cilantro - parsley, or basil |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
| 1 | Ground red pepper |
In a medium bowl, stir everything together.
Cover and chill for up to 6 hours.
Makes 1 1/4 cups.
