Salsa De Chile Chipotle Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Onion - finely chopped | |
| 1 | Garlic - chopped | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Oil |
| 2 | Tomatoes | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Oregano |
| 1 | Salt - pepper | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Sugar |
| 1 | Canned chipotle to taste |
Tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped. Canned chipotle to taste, chopped. Sautee onion and garlic until tender but not brown. Add the rest and cook gently 15 minutes.
Makes 2 cups.
