| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Onion - purple |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Juice - lemon |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Honey or |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Pepper - red, diced |

| Papaya - sliced into a | ||

Salsa: Mix all of the ingredients together and adjust the flavor with honey, or brown sugar.
