Sun-Dried Tomato Salsa Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Sun-dried tomatoes - finely |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh basil |
| Chopped | ||
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Black olives |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Red wine vinegar |
| 2 | Garlic | |
| Salt and pepper to taste |
Combine all ingredients until well blended.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
This is a good salsa to accompany seafood.
