Pork Satay With Peanut Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index

| Marinade | ||
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Soy sauce | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Oil | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Fresh garlic | 
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground ginger | 
| Peanut Sauce | ||
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Creamy peanut butter | 
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Warm water | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Soy sauce | 
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Lemon juice | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic - chopped | 
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Ground red pepper | 
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Gingerroot - ground | 
Cut meat into 1-inch or larger cubes.
Combine marinade ingredients in glass bowl. Marinate meat for at least 6 hours in refrigerator.
Grill over medium coals about 1/2 hour and baste often with marinade.
Peanut Sauce: Whisk until creamy. Cover. Let stand at room temperature until serving time, for dipping often at the table.
