Satay Manis Spicy Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Sirloin steak |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground coriander |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic powder |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Brown sugar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Soy sauce |
| 1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Lemon juice |
| Asian chile sauce - to taste | ||
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
| 16 | Skewers |
Cut meat into 3/4-inch cubes. Mix with all ingredients and marinate for about 1 hour.
Thread 5 to 6 pieces of meat on each skewer.
Broil over charcoal until done, turning frequently.
Serve hot.
