Basic Chicken Sauce (L. B. Jamison's Soup Base) Recipe - Cooking Index
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Soup base |
2 cups | 474ml | Water |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cornstarch |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Water |
Mix 2 tablespoons cornstarch with 1/4 cup water, stirring well. Slowly add to 2 cups of simmering soup base, made with 2 teaspoon's soup base mix. Stir constantly for 1 minute, while simmering.
