Butter Buds Basic White Sauce (Bechamel) Recipe - Cooking Index

3 tablespoons | 45ml | Flour |
2 cups | 474ml | Milk - skimmed |
Salt - pepper to taste |
Combine ingredients; heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
Makes about 2 cups of sauce.
Note: use on chicken, tuna or chipped beef
