Butter Buds Basic White Sauce (Bechamel)

Recipe Ingredients

1   Butter buds
3 tablespoons 45mlFlour
2 cups 474mlMilk - skimmed
  Salt - pepper to taste

Recipe Instructions

Combine ingredients; heat until thickened, stirring constantly.

Makes about 2 cups of sauce.

Note: use on chicken, tuna or chipped beef
