Diabetic Cranberry Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3 cups | 279g / 9.8oz | Cranberries |
| 1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Boiling water |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Orange juice |
| Sucaryl solution 1 teaspoon | ||
| For spiced cranberry sauce | ||
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Nutmeg |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Cloves |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Cinnamon |
Cook cranberries in boiling water until skins are broken. Then ADD the remaining ingredients. Then CHILL in refrigerator.
