Pepper Vinegar Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Vinegar |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Minced garlic |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Tarragon |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Oil |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Hot pepper flakes |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Tamari |
Mix all ingredients well.
Use on tofu, tempeh, eggplant, and scallops.
