| 1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Ground beef |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Oil |
| 1 | Cream mushroom soup | |
| 10 oz | 284g | Frozen mixed vegetables |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Soy sauce |
| Pepper to taste | ||
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - chopped |
| 2 cups | 220g / 7.8oz | Celery - sliced |
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Water |
| 2 cups | 320g / 11oz | Cooked rice |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 3 | Ox chow mein noodles |
Brown beef and onions in oil. Cook mixed vegetables in 3/4 cup water for 10 minutes.
Mix meat, onions, mixed vegetables, liquid, soup, rice, seasonings and noodles in 2-quart casserole.
Cover and bake 25 minutes at 350F for microwave 10 minutes on reheat.
