2 | Tomatoes - peeled, sliced thick | |
250 | Beef broth | |
100 | Soy sauce | |
1 | Fresh spinach leaves | |
500 | Sirloin steak - sliced very t |
1. Heat oil in skillet. Add all vegetables except spinach. Cook a few minutes.
2. Pour broth and soy over vegetables. Stir. Add spinach and beef.
3. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve hot over rice.
