Cajun Red Cocktail Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 cups	355ml	Heinz catsup
1/2 cup	118ml	Chili sauce
2		Garlic, minced
1 tablespoon	15ml	Minced onion
2 tablespoons	30ml	Prepared horseradish
1		Lemon - juice of
2 1/2 teaspoons	12ml	Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Tabasco sauce
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Fresh ground black pepper
		Salt to taste

Recipe Instructions

Mix all ingredients well.

Cover & refrigerate.

Serve chilled.

Makes 2 cups
