| 2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Lean ground beef | 
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Chili powder | 
| 2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Crawfish tails | 
| 1 | Tomato sauce | |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic - chopped fine | 
| 1 cup | 237ml | Dry white wine | 
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt | 
| Water | ||
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Soy sauce | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon or lime juice | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cayenne pepper | 
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Chopped onions | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried mint | 
| Bacon drippings | ||
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dried parsley | 
Brown meat in bacon drippings.
Combine all other ingredients with meat and bring to a boil.
Simmer for a few hours.
