Meuniere Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3/4 cup | 148g / 5.2oz | Butter or margarine |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Green onions - chopped |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Lemon juice |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced parsley |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | White pepper |
| 1 | Hot pepper sauce | |
| 1 | Worcestershire sauce |
Combine all ingredients and simmer 5 minutes.
