| 1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Butter or margarine - melted |
| 2 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
| 1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Parsley - chopped |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Paprika |
| 1 | Cayenne pepper | |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Sherry |
| 5 lbs | 2270g / 80oz | Shrimp - cooked, shelled |
| 2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Bread crumbs - soft |
1. Melt butter in saucepan; add garlic, parsley, paprika, cayenne and sherry.
2. Mix well, cover and simmer slowly 20 minutes.
3. Toss shrimp and bread crumbs together; add to butter-herb mixture, tossing to coat, then transfer to buttered casserole.
4. Bake in preheated 325F oven 25 to 30 minutes.
