Shrimp Soup Recipe - Cooking Index
| 8 cups | 1896ml | Chicken stock |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Louisiana hot sauce |
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Green onions - chopped |
| 1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Celery - chopped |
| Salt | ||
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Garlic - diced |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Parsley - chopped |
| 2 cups | 474ml | White wine - dry |
| 2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Shrimp - chopped |
Put ingredients, except shrimp, in chicken stock.
Bring to boil and then lower heat.
Cover, and cook for 45 minutes.
Add shrimp and simmer for 30 minutes more.
