| 1 1/3 cups | 263g / 9.3oz | Sugar |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Baking powder |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cinnamon |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Nutmeg |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Orange juice |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Oil |
| 4 | Eggs | |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Dark molasses |
| 1 | Golden raisins | |
| 1 | Pitted dates | |
| 1/3 lb | 151g / 5.3oz | Whole red and green cherries |
| 1/3 lb | 151g / 5.3oz | Pineapple (candied) |
| 1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Shelled pecans (about 2 cups) |
Heat oven to 275F. Line pan with aluminum foil and grease.
Measure all ingredients except fruit and nuts into large bowl.
Blend 1/2 minute on low speed. Beat 3 minutes on high speed. Stir in fruit and nuts.
Bake 3 hours or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
