Mayonnaise Cake

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups	125g / 4.4oz	Flour
1 cup	198g / 7oz	Sugar
3 tablespoons	45ml	Cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoons	7.5ml	Baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons	7.5ml	Baking powder
1 cup	237ml	Cold water
1 cup	237ml	Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon	5ml	Vanilla

Recipe Instructions

Combine dry ingredients. Add remainder of the ingredients and beat about 3 minutes.

Pour into greased 9" x 13" pan and bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes or until done.

Frost with a chocolate or white frosting.
