Pineapple Dump Cake Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | 396g / 13oz | Sugar |
| 2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | All-purpose flour |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Baking soda |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 1 | Crushed pineapple in syrup | |
| 8 oz | 227g | Cream cheese |
| 4 oz | 113g | Butter |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
| 1 1/2 cups | 355ml | -- ¥ |
| 10 | Sugar |
Put the sugar, flour, eggs, baking soda, and the pineapple, including, syrup into a bowl. Mix until all ingredients are well combine. Pour into a 9 x 12 baking dish.
Bake at 325F for 40 minutes. Cool cake.
Mix softened butter, cream cheese, vanilla and 10x sugar and spread over top of cake
