| 1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Potatoes - mashed |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Cream cheese |
| 1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Sugar |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Sour cream |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Orange rind - grated |
| 3 | Egg yolks | |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon rind - grated |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
Cream butter until soft.
Beat in mashed potatoes and cream cheese.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
