Potato Cream Filling

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup	99g / 3.5oz	Butter
1 cup	237ml	Potatoes - mashed
1/4 cup	59ml	Cream cheese
1/3 cup	65g / 2.3oz	Sugar
1/4 cup	59ml	Sour cream
1 teaspoon	5ml	Orange rind - grated
3		Egg yolks
1 teaspoon	5ml	Lemon rind - grated
1 teaspoon	5ml	Vanilla

Recipe Instructions

Cream butter until soft.

Beat in mashed potatoes and cream cheese.

Stir in remaining ingredients.
