Raw Apple Cake Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Oil |
| 2 cups | 396g / 13oz | Sugar |
| 4 | Raw apples - chopped | |
| 3 | Eggs | |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Pecans |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cinnamon |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
| 3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Self rising flour |
| Topping | ||
| 1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
| 1 | Margarine | |
| 1 | Condensed milk | |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan and bake at 300F fro 1 hour.
Topping: Mix in a saucepan and cook until thick.
Remove cake from oven and cut into squares while still hot.
Pour topping over hot cake and let cool.
