Cajun Chicken Strips Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | All-purpose flour |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Poultry seasoning |
| 3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Garlic salt |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Paprika |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Cayenne pepper - up to 1/4 tsp. |
| 1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Chicken breast - no skin, no bone, cut into 1/2" strips |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter or margarine |
| Italian parsley or chili peppers - optional |
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first six ingredients. Add chicken, half at a time, and shake to coat. In a large skillet, cook chicken in butter for 8-10 minutes or until the juices run clear. Garnish with parsley and peppers if desired.
