Tomato Soup Cake

Recipe Ingredients

		Cake
1		Tomato soup
1/2 cup	31g / 1.1oz	Flour
1 cup	198g / 7oz	Sugar
1 cup	237ml	Dates
1 cup	237ml	Nuts
1 teaspoon	5ml	Nutmeg
1 teaspoon	5ml	Cinnamon
1 teaspoon	5ml	Cloves
1 teaspoon	5ml	Soda
1 tablespoon	15ml	Shortening
		Frosting
1 cup	237ml	Philadelphia cream cheese
1 cup	198g / 7oz	Powdered sugar
1 tablespoon	15ml	Butter
1 teaspoon	5ml	Vanilla and nuts

Recipe Instructions

Mix all cake ingredients together and bake for 35 minutes at 350F.

After cake has cooled, mix all frosting ingredients together and spread over cake.
