7 | Eggs - separated | |
2/3 cup | 131g / 4.6oz | Sugar |
5 oz | 142g | Bittersweet chocolate - grated |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cinnamon |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Nuts - ground |
Chocolate icing |
Bear yolks and sugar until light. Add chocolate, cinnamon and nuts.
Fold in stiffly beaten whites.
Put into a tube pan and bake 45 min at 325F or until done.
