| 2 oz | 56g | Onions (large) |
| 4 | Garlic cloves | |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Flour |
| 2 | Ranch beans | |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Chili powder |
| 12 fl ozs | 340ml | Beer |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Oregano |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cumin |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cayenne |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt |
Saute onions and garlic in oil. Brown meat and add ingredients, except for beans. Simmer for two hours and then add beans before serving.
