| 6 lbs | 2724g / 96oz | Ground buffalo meat |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Flour |
| 3 cups | 711ml | Water |
| 1/4 cup | 23g / 0.8oz | Minced garlic |
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Green bell pepper |
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Red bell pepper |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Green chili peppers |
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Jalapeno peppers |
| 5 cups | 1185ml | Tomato sauce |
| 3 | Diced onions | |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Beef broth |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Paprika |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Chili powder |
| 6 tablespoons | 90ml | Ground cumin |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cayenne pepper |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Black pepper |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | White pepper |
| 4 teaspoons | 20ml | Salt |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Oregano |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Dried chilies |
Saute Buffalo meat, sunflower oil and flour together until meat is cooked.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
