Asian Black Bean Marinade

Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons	30ml	Black bean sauce
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Dry mustard
2 tablespoons	30ml	Dry sherry
2 tablespoons	30ml	Soy sauce
1 tablespoon	15ml	Sesame oil

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Use on pork, beef or poultry.
