| 1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Pork steak - (cut in strips) |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Oil |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Onion - sliced (large) |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Green pepper - sliced (small) |
| 1 | Mushrooms - drained | |
| 8 oz | 227g | Tomato sauce |
| 1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Vinegar |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Brown sugar |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Worcestershire sauce |
Brown pork in oil. Put in crock pot.
Add remaining ingredients and cook 6-8 hours on low.
Serve over rice.
