| 2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Boneless lamb or beef |
| 2 | Leeks or scallions - (2 to 3) | |
| 2 | Chinese parsley - (coriander) (2 to 3) | |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Light soy sauce |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sugar |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Mashed fermented bean cake |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sherry |
Slice meat into very thin slices about 4 inches long.
Mix all ingredients and marinate for 6 hours.
Cook on grill for 3 to 5 minutes, turning frequently.
