Spinach Salad Oriental Recipe - Cooking Index

| 3 | Spinach - washed | |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Water chestnuts - sliced |
| 3 | Eggs - hard boiled, chopped | |
| 1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Bean sprouts - fresh |
| 4 | Bacon - crumbled | |
| Dressing | ||
| 1 cup | 237ml | Sunflower oil |
| 3/4 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Onion - chopped |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Red wine vinegar |
| 1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Catsup |
Mix all dressing ingredients together first, and refrigerate.
Mix salad together.
Just before serving, toss salad with dressing. Serve.
