Squid With Lemongrass And Coconut Recipe - Cooking Index
| 8 oz | 227g | Fresh squid |
| 1/2 | Lemongrass | |
| 1/4 | Coconut milk | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fish sauce |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Oil |
| 1 | Chile - chopped |
Wash the squid and slice horizontally into rings.
Heat the oil and fry the lemongrass, squid and fish sauce.
Add the coconut milk and chile. Serve.
