Marinade | ||
1/4 cup | 59ml | Black olives - sliced |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Green olives - sliced |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Olive oil |
1/2 cup | 118ml | White wine |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Oregano |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Onion - chop |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Green bell pepper - chop |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Tomatoes - chop |
Mix marinade and let sit 5 minutes.
Brush fish with butter, salt and pepper and place in a baking pan.
Pour marinade over and bake at 350F for 20 to 25 minutes.
